Cai Qi Gong

Cai Qi Gong consists of exercises to absorb qi which can be practised individually or as a sequence depending on the time available for practice.

The exercises in Cai Qi Gong include: cai yang qi – absorbing yang qi; cai yin qi – absorbing yin qi; cai qi bu shen – absorbing qi to strengthen the kidneys; cai qi guan ding – absorbing qi through bai hui (the top of the head); shou tui cai qi fa – absorbing qi by pushing and pulling hand movements; as well as other supplementary exercises.

Cai Qi Gong can be practised in its own right, and is also complementary to any other form of qigong.
