B) A meditation practiced in both Daoism and Buddhism. ('SiMe B')
These simple exercises are based on a feeling of being dissolved in the ocean, which can occur during sitting meditations. They serve the purpose of 'energetic self-optimization'. Among other things, they provide light to the organs, open baihui and huiyin, allow abundant absorption of true qi and its storage in the kidneys.
These exercises are taught over three weekends. Admission requirements: Completed practice of Nei Jing Gong 2.
