Qigong Teacher

The training of the Dao Yuan School to become a teacher for Dao Yuan Fan Teng Gong takes about 10 years. We recommend - in the sense of a stable health basis, which is always the first priority in classical Qigong - to start with Fan Teng Gong. If one practices this in such a way that a good basic understanding of the processes of Qigong can develop, this takes about two years. Now you know if you want to continue with this type of standing practice and start a more sophisticated 3-stage system, Nei Jing Gong.

Nei Jing Gong_1 and Nei Jing Gong_2 together in their over 20 exercises usually require about 5 more years of regular practice. - Afterwards you don't think like that anymore, because after that the highly interesting, exciting, always new Qi perceptions come to the fore, as they are made possible by the Nei Jing Gong.

The completed practice of Nei Jing Gong_2 is one of the requirements for admission to the Fan Teng Gong teacher's examination.

The training to become a teacher of Muyu Gong is shorter. It comprises a total of only about 3 years. Also here the Nei Jing Gong is in the center of the training. However, it is sufficient here if - apart from Muyu Gong - for the time being only NJG1 and the first six exercises of NJG2 have been practiced.
